Elias Cash steps into an empty office lobby and starts walking until he finds a conference room full of five powerful women—Rachel Steele, Frenchy, Alexis Malone, Anissa Kate, Adira Allure—seated around a long table. He knocks once, clears his throat, and asks who should be showing him around on his first day as an intern. Their eyes cut to him at the same time, hunger sharpening their smiles.
